“Pleading the Blood of Jesus” (that is, Applying the Blood of Jesus) is both a defensive prayer for protection
and an offensive weapon for deliverance.
A Prayer for Protection
Evil spirits cause people to behave badly. Therefore, we “plead the Blood of Jesus” for protection -- protection from evil spirits and from people under their influence. Everything we cover with the Blood of Jesus is protected. We “plead the Blood of Jesus” on our loved ones, our homes, our property... on everything we want protected.
