DEMONIC INFESTATION

During days of apostasy, fallen-away Catholics -- not in a “state of grace” and not Sacramentally fortified -- become vulnerable “to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils (1 Timothy 4:1).” The Devil offers excitement, diversion, mystery, intrigue… The Devil lures people into forbidden Occult practices -- and away from God.

Evil increases insensibly, once it is given in to. And one’s mortal sin testifies to the Devil’s victory in one’s life. Having turned away from the Light, fallen-away Catholics become more and more curious about the Dark Side -- the Occult, spiritism and the paranormal...

The current craze is “paranormal investigation” (charged and sustained by a Godless Hollywood). One’s willing participation in such activity is consent given, and doors (portals) to the demonic are opened. There can be dangerous consequences:

We were playing with the Ouija board. Suddenly, objects started flying across the room! At night, I often see a dark figure standing in my bedroom. It is like a shadow man watching me. And I get terrible nightmares.

A paranormal investigator was attacked during an investigation (scratch marks on his back). When he returned home he began to suffer the sexually-stimulating attacks of a succubus spirit. And objects began to move in his house.

Demons can attach to people, and people can bring demons home with them. This is how some houses become haunted -- that is, infested with demons.

August 2017 _ I visited a desperate family in Upper Darby, PA being targeted by a (real) witch from Trinidad. I agreed to see them because they were not getting the help they needed... I prayed for the family members, and sprayed holy water throughout the house.

Soon after returning home, I thought I had some kind of flea infestation in my carpet. I never saw them; I just felt them. I cleaned, and I cleaned some more... I even used a body wash that repels biting insects (such as fleas and ticks)...

One month later _ I was inspired to record a video of my apartment using the flash on my smartphone. This is when I discovered that the fleas in my apartment were not fleas.

This is what a demonic infestation looks like.

Demons can attach to objects connected to a dark (diabolical) force: objects used in pagan rituals, false religions, white and black witchcraft, Santeria and Satanic rituals… objects of the Occult (amulets, crystal balls… Ouija boards/witchboards, dowsing rods... Tarot cards and horoscopes). These (cursed/Occultic) objects can bring a dark presence into your home; they can be the source of a demonic infestation.

"Any object created (or book written) for Satanic use is a conduit for demonic spirits and reverberates Satanic power."

Demonic infestations are also found in places where serious demonic activity once took place: Satanic rituals, blood sacrifice… deviant drug use, suicide, abortion… séances, divination, black witchcraft… deviant sex crimes, rape, murder, prostitution… torture and violent death.

“Violence is the heartbeat of the Devil.”

A demonic infestation can cause fear, obsessive thoughts, emotional stress, anger/arguments… anxiety, depression, nightmares, insomnia, sleep paralysis… headaches, nausea, digestion problems… and other physical ailments due to a weakened immune system.

Some of the phenomena can include: hearing footsteps, voices, tapping on the walls... the opening and closing of doors, poltergeist activity… seeing shadows, apparitions and shadow men… the physical movement of objects, electrical problems… unnatural coldness, the shaking of beds… and bodies being touched, and scratched...

~ * * * ~

If you sense a dark presence in your home:

1) During the night with all lights out, walk throughout the house using the flash on your smartphone camera. If there are any evil spirits in any of the rooms, they will become visible on your camera as orbs.

2) Remove and destroy all objects that have anything to do with false religions [including statues of false gods (idols) and ceremonial masks], witchcraft, voodoo, spiritism, Santeria, Satanism and the Occult (including gothic jewelry and good luck charms) ... remove all heavy metal and hip-hop music (which have their basis in Satanism) ... and all pornographic materials. Remove, destroy and sprinkle with holy water.

3) Fill a spray bottle with holy water and
walk throughout the house spraying a mist of holy water in every room, closet and hallway.

4) Use Sacramentals (blessed medals, crucifix, holy water, blessed oil and exorcized salt).

5) Ask a priest to bless your home.

Never contact psychic-mediums
or paranormal investigators!
Always stay within the Catholic Church.

A LENTEN MEDITATION

"The Christ of the University Brotherhood of Cordoba"

The result of the work of a team of scientists who are researchers of the Shroud of Turin. It is the only Shroud-based Crucifix in the world. In it, the wounds of Jesus Christ are reproduced exactly.

Shroud-Based Art of Juan Manuel Miñarro Lopez

O Sacred Head surrounded
By crown of piercing thorn!
O bleeding Head so wounded,
Reviled and put to scorn!
Death's pallid hue comes o'er Thee,
The glow of life decays,
Yet angel hosts adore Thee,
And tremble as they gaze.

In this, Thy bitter passion,
Good shepherd, think of me,
With Thy most sweet compassion,
Unworthy though I be:
Beneath Thy cross abiding,
Forever would I rest;
In Thy dear love confiding,
And with Thy presence blest.

One’s mortal sin testifies to Satan’s victory in one’s life.

Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. (Proverbs 28:13)

NOVENA OF THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL

“In the Name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and kindle in them the fire of Thy love.
V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray.
O God, Who did instruct the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant us in the same Spirit to be truly wise, and ever to rejoice in His consolation. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

O Mary, conceived without sin,
pray for us who have recourse to thee.
(3 times)

O Lord Jesus Christ, Who have vouchsafed to glorify by numberless miracles the Blessed Virgin Mary, immaculate from the first moment of her conception, grant that all who devoutly implore her protection on earth, may eternally enjoy Your presence in heaven, Who, with the Father and Holy Spirit, live and reign, God, for ever and ever. Amen.

O Lord Jesus Christ, Who for the accomplishment of Your greatest works, have chosen the weak things of the world, that no flesh may glory in Your sight; and Who for a better and more widely diffused belief in the Immaculate Conception of Your Mother, have wished that the Miraculous Medal be manifested to Saint Catherine Labouré, grant, we beseech You, that filled with like humility, we may glorify this mystery by word and work. Amen.

The Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, we fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, our Mother; to thee do we come; before thee we stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer them. Amen.

~ * * * ~

Novena Prayer

O Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of Our Lord Jesus and our Mother, penetrated with the most lively confidence in thy all-powerful and never-failing intercession, manifested so often through the Miraculous Medal, we thy loving and trustful children implore thee to obtain for us the graces and favors we ask during this Novena, if they be beneficial to our immortal souls, and the souls for whom we pray.

“For all who have asked for my prayers,
for all of their needs…
and for the intentions in their hearts.”

(State your intention here.)

You know, O Mary, how often our souls have been the sanctuaries of your Son, Who hates iniquity. Obtain for us then, a deep hatred of sin and that purity of heart which will attach us to God alone, so that our every thought, word and deed may tend to His greater glory. Obtain for us also, a spirit of prayer and self-denial that we may recover by penance what we have lost by sin, and at length attain to that blessed abode where you are the Queen of angels and of men. Amen.

ROSARY OF THE SEVEN SORROWS OF MARY

“In the Name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

Introductory Prayer
My God, I offer You this Rosary for Your Glory, that I may honor Your Holy Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary, by following and sharing her suffering. I humbly beg You to give me true repentance for all my sins. Give me wisdom and the grace of true humility, that I may receive all the indulgences contained in this prayer. Amen.

(“I offer this Rosary for _____.”)

Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell; but most of all because they offend You, my God, You Who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

In remembrance of the tears that Mary shed because of the suffering of her Divine Son, and to obtain true sorrow for our sins: Hail Mary (3x)

At the cross her station keeping,
Stood the mournful Mother weeping,
Close to Jesus to the last.

Through her heart, his sorrow sharing,
All his bitter anguish bearing,
Now at length the sword had passed.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

First Sorrow: The Prophecy of Simeon
(Luke 2:22-35)

According to the law of Moses, the Blessed Virgin Mary took Jesus to the temple to present Him to the Lord. Simeon recognized Jesus as the promised Messiah and said: “Now, Master, you may let Your servant go in peace, according to Your word, for my eyes have seen Your salvation, which You prepared in sight of all the peoples, a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and glory for Your people Israel.”

Then Simeon blessed them and said to Mary, “Behold, this Child is destined for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted (and you yourself a sword will pierce) so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”

Prayer: Holy Mother Mary, whose heart suffered beyond bearing because of us, help us to suffer with you, and to accept all the suffering God permits to come our way. Imitating you, may our suffering be known to God alone.

To you, Immaculate Mother, who suffered with the Savior of the world, we offer our suffering and the suffering of the world. Join our sorrows to your own and to those of your Son Jesus; and then, offer them to the Eternal Father for the good of souls. You are a mother greater than all. Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Oh, how sad and sore distressed
Was that Mother highly blessed
Of the sole begotten One!

Christ above in torment hangs,
She beneath beholds the pangs
Of her dying, glorious Son.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Second Sorrow: The Flight into Egypt
(Matthew 2:13-15)

The angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. Herod is going to search for the Child to destroy Him.”

Joseph rose and took the Child and His mother by night and departed for Egypt. The holy family stayed in Egypt until the death of Herod, that what the Lord had said through the prophet might be fulfilled: “Out of Egypt I called my son.” (Hosea 11:1)

Prayer: Blessed Mother Mary, who has suffered so much, give us a courageous heart like yours. Help us to accept with love all the suffering God permits to come our way. Help us to accept all the suffering we inflict upon ourselves, and the suffering inflicted upon us by others.

You alone, Immaculate Mother, purify our suffering, that we may give glory to God, and save our souls. Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Is there one who would not weep,
‘Whelmed in miseries so deep,
Christ’s dear Mother to behold?

Can the human heart refrain
From partaking in her pain,
In that mother’s pain untold?

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Third Sorrow: The Loss of Jesus in the Temple
(Luke 2:41-52)

At age 12, Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem after the feast of Passover. Thinking that He was in the caravan, His parents journeyed for a day. Not finding Him among their relatives, they returned to Jerusalem.

After three days they found Him in the temple, “sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions, and all who heard Him were astounded at His understanding and His answers.” But Mary exclaimed, “Son, why have You done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for You with great anxiety.” Jesus answered, “Why were you looking for Me? Did you not know that I must be in My Father’s house?”

What pained Mary was that Jesus had decided to stay behind without her consent. She felt the same pain Jesus felt when He was abandoned by His disciples (apostles) during His Passion.

Prayer: Holy Mary, Mother of God, help us to accept everything that will come in this life; help us to be able to carry our crosses. Prepare us to be ready every single moment to come before the Face of God. Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Bruised, derided, cursed, defiled,
She beheld her tender Child,
All with bloody scourges rent.

For the sins of his own nation
Saw him hang in desolation
Till his spirit forth he sent.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Fourth Sorrow: Mary Meets Jesus on the Way to Calvary
(Luke 23:27-31)

A large crowd followed Jesus, including many women who mourned for Him. Jesus turned to them and said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me; weep instead for yourselves and for your children, for indeed, the days are coming when people will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed.’ At that time people will say to the mountains, ‘Fall upon us!’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us!’ for if these things are done when the wood is green what will happen when it is dry?”

The Blessed Virgin witnessed Jesus carrying the cross on which He was to be crucified. But this was no surprise to Mary, for she already knew about the approaching death of her Son. Already weakened by the soldier’s cruel scourging, sharp thorns and numerous hard blows, Jesus’ body resembled a corpse carrying a cross.

Filled with anguish, Mary watched as Jesus fell once more, exhausted, unable to raise Himself. At that moment, Mary’s eyes full of love and compassion met her Son’s eyes, pained and covered in blood. She shared in the pain of His Passion.

Prayer: Beloved Mother, so stricken with grief, help us to accept and bear our own suffering, that we may relieve your sorrowful heart and that of Jesus. In doing so, may we give glory to God Who gave you and Jesus to us. As you suffered, teach us to suffer silently and patiently. Grant unto us the grace of loving God in everything.

Immaculate Mother, Mother of Sorrows, most afflicted of all mothers, have mercy on us sinners, and on the sinners of the whole world. Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

O sweet Mother! font of love,
Touch my spirit from above,
Make my heart with yours accord.

Make me feel as you have felt;
Make my soul to glow and melt
With the love of Christ, my Lord.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Fifth Sorrow: Mary Stands at the Foot of the Cross
(John 19:25-27)

Standing at the foot of the Cross of Jesus were His mother, His mother’s sister (Mary), and Mary Magdalene (“out of whom He had driven seven demons”). When Jesus saw His mother and John (“the disciple whom He loved”), He said to His mother, “Woman, behold, your son.” Then He said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” And from that hour the disciple John took the Blessed Virgin Mary into his home.

Prayer: Beloved Mother, Immaculate Mother, Queen of Martyrs, give us the courage you had in all your sufferings so that we may unite our sufferings with yours and give glory to God. Help us to follow your example, so that Jesus’ sacrifice will not be in vain, and all sinners, the world over, will be saved. Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Holy Mother, pierce me through,
In my heart each wound renew
Of my Savior crucified.

Let me share with you his pain,
Who for all our sins was slain,
Who for me in torments died.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Sixth Sorrow: Mary Receives the Dead Body of Jesus in Her Arms
(John 19:38-40)

After this, Joseph of Arimathea, secretly a disciple of Jesus for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate if he could remove the body of Jesus. And Pilate permitted it. So he came and took His body. Nicodemus also came bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes. They took the body of Jesus and bound it with burial cloths along with the spices, according to the Jewish burial custom.

Mary knew better than anyone else that Jesus was God Incarnate -- that God had taken a human body to become the Savior of the world. And looking at His broken body, the Holy Mother knew that His agonizing death was far worse than the torture reserved for the wickedest of criminals. Mary prayed for the world. She prayed for all of us, that all would truly follow God, so that Jesus’ torturous death would not be in vain.

Prayer: Beloved Mother, we thank you for your courage as you stood beneath the Cross on which your Son was crucified, giving Himself up for our salvation. That is when you became Our Mother. We implore you to be our advocate before the throne of mercy and grace, so that we can truly become your children. We thank you for Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, and we thank Jesus for giving you to us.

“Holy Mary, Mother of God (Mediatrix of all graces), pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.”

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Let me mingle tears with you,
Mourning him who mourned for me,
All the days that I may live.

By the cross with you to stay,
There with you to weep and pray,
Is all I ask of you to give.

~ * * * ~

Most Merciful Mother, remind us always
of the sorrows of your Divine Son.

Seventh Sorrow: Jesus Is Placed in the Tomb
(John 19:41-42)

Now in the place where Jesus had been crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. So because of the Jewish day of Preparation, they laid Jesus there.

With great pain and tremendous sorrow, the Mother of the Word Incarnate returned home knowing, “It is accomplished!” The earthly life of her Son Jesus -- the work that the Eternal Father had given Him to do -- is accomplished.

Prayer: Most Beloved Mother, Mother of Mercy, Mother of Jesus, and Mother of us all, we are your children and we place our trust in you, as we place our trust in Jesus. Teach us to see God in all things and in all situations, even in our sufferings. Help us to understand the importance of redemptive suffering.

Immaculate Mother, although you were conceived without sin, you suffered more than others. You accepted suffering with love and with unsurpassed courage. You stood by your Son from the time He was arrested until He died. You suffered along with Jesus, accomplished the will of the Eternal Father, and hence became Mediatrix of all graces.

Mother Mary, we beg you to teach us to do as Jesus did. Teach us to accept our cross courageously. Help us to follow in His footsteps, even to be willing to lay down our lives for others. And when our end is upon us, may we also be able to say, “It is accomplished.” Amen.

Our Father (1x)
Hail Mary (7x)

Virgin Most Sorrowful, Pray for Us!

Virgin of all virgins blest!
Listen to my fond request:
Let me share your grief divine.

Let me to my latest breath,
In my body bear the death
Of that dying Son of yours.

~ * * * ~

Concluding Prayer
Mother Mary, Queen of Martyrs, your soul was immersed in the ocean of suffering. We beg you by the merits of the tears you shed in these terrible sorrowful mysteries, to obtain for us and all sinners of the world, the graces of complete sincerity, true repentance and conversion. Amen.

To wipe away our Sorrowful Mother’s tears shed because of the suffering of her Divine Son: Our Father (3x) and Hail Mary (3x)

“O Mary, conceived without sin,
pray for us who have recourse to thee.” (3x)

The Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, our Mother. To thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.

“In the Name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

HOW DEMONS AFFECT OBJECTS

When people cease to believe in the One True God, they will believe in anything: materialism, superstition, the Occult… spiritism, witchcraft, divination… animism (the worship of spirits in trees, rocks, rivers…) and/or the worship of mother earth (Gaia). The worship of idols of pagan gods and goddesses is the worship of demons.

Demons can affect objects directly, as in a case of the physical movement of objects… or preternatural effects on lights and other electrical appliances (demonic infestation). But demons usually affect objects indirectly, by tempting people to do evil (like the desecration of churches).

Demons can also “attach to” or “reside with” objects: New Age crystals, idols (gods and goddesses of false religions), objects used in pagan rituals (ceremonial masks, candles, knives, chalices, cauldrons...), objects of the Occult (amulets, good luck charms… Ouija boards, Tarot cards), cursed books written by Occultists (like Helena P. Blavatsky, Alice Bailey and Aleister Crowley) and objects used in witchcraft, voodoo, Santeria and Satanism...

Such objects can be cursed and bring a dark presence into your home. Cursed objects can serve as a conduit for evil. They can be the source of a demonic infestation. This can cause fear, obsessive thoughts, emotional stress, anger, arguments… anxiety, depression, nightmares, insomnia, sleep paralysis… headaches, nausea, digestion problems… and other physical ailments due to a weakened immune system. Any object connected to a dark, diabolical force will carry a “spiritual attachment.”

Cursed objects (like objects of the Occult) must be removed from the home. They must be destroyed in such a way that they no longer resemble what they once were and/or blessed with holy water and buried. (Some people bury cursed objects with a blessed St. Benedict medal.

~ * * * ~

The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt: (...) take some of its blood (the blood of a lamb) and apply it to the two doorposts and the lintel of the houses (...) But for you the blood will mark the houses where you are. Seeing the blood, I will pass over you; thereby, when I strike the land of Egypt, no destructive blow will come upon you. (Exodus 12:1,7,13)

The blood of the Lamb protects.

Pleading the blood of Jesus on an object (or, applying the blood of Jesus to an object) will drive away evil spirits. It will also protect an object from people under the influence of evil spirits. (People who desecrate Catholic statues are under the influence of evil spirits.

~ * * * ~

Before my friend Ashok left for India, he offered me a statue -- an idol of Ganesh, a Hindu god. I accepted this gift because I know that evil spirits can “attach” to idols of false gods. (The worship of Hindu gods and goddesses is the worship of demons!) So, I accepted the gift. My intention was to protect others from something that could possibly be harmful. (Bringing such an object into one's home can be the cause of a demonic infestation.)

I pled the blood of Jesus on (I applied the blood of Jesus to) the idol of Ganesh. And when Ashok was gone, I destroyed it.

~ * * * ~

Any object exposed to a diabolical force can carry a “spiritual attachment.” For example, antique furniture can have a spiritual attachment and bring a dark presence into your home. [Always spray antique furniture with (a mist of) holy water.]

“From long experience I have learned that there is nothing like 'holy water' to put devils to flight.” _ St. Teresa of Avila

Sacramentals such as the crucifix, blessed medals and icons, exorcised salt and holy water can help in restoring peace to your home. (I have used holy water to clear demon-infested homes.)

Sacramentals are sacred signs instituted by the Church. [These blessed objects] prepare men to receive the fruit [the chief effect] of the Sacraments and sanctify different circumstances of life [various occasions in life are rendered holy]. (Catechism of the Catholic Church #1677)

Like many Catholics, I wear a blessed Miraculous Medal: “O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” And in my home, I have a blessed canvas of The Divine Mercy.

MEDAL OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION

A.K.A., THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL

The Blessed Virgin herself designed the Miraculous Medal -- the Medal of the Immaculate Conception. And extraordinary graces are received by those who wear it around the neck and pray for Mary’s intercession and help.

“O Mary conceived without sin,
pray for us who have recourse to thee.”

The Meaning of the Front Side of
the Miraculous Medal

Mary is standing upon a globe, crushing the head of a serpent beneath her feet. She stands upon the globe, as Queen of Heaven and Earth. Her feet crush the serpent to proclaim that Satan and all his followers are helpless before her (Genesis 3:15). The year of 1830 on the Miraculous Medal is the year the Blessed Mother gave the design of the Miraculous Medal to Saint Catherine Labouré. The reference to Mary “conceived without sin” supports the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of Mary -- not to be confused with the virgin birth of Jesus, and referring to Mary’s sinlessness, “full of grace” and “blessed among women” (Luke 1:28) -- that was proclaimed 24 years later in 1854.

The Meaning of the Back Side of
the Miraculous Medal

The twelve stars can refer to the Apostles, who represent the entire Church as it surrounds Mary. They also recall the vision of Saint John in which “a great sign appeared in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars” (Revelation 12:1). The cross can symbolize Christ and our redemption, with the bar under the cross symbolizing the earth. The “M” stands for Mary, and the interleaving of her initial and the cross shows Mary’s close involvement with Jesus and our world. In this, we see Mary’s part in our salvation and her role as Mother of the Church. The Two Hearts represent the love of Jesus and Mary for us. (See also Luke 2:35.)

With approval of the Church, the first Medals were made in 1832 and were distributed in Paris. Almost immediately the blessings that Mary had promised began to shower down on those who wore her Medal: marvels of grace and health, peace and prosperity.

There is no superstition, nothing of magic, connected with the Miraculous Medal. Rather, it is a great testimony to faith and the power of trusting prayer. Its greatest miracles are those of patience, forgiveness, repentance, and faith.
